Working With Ninebark

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Primarily service businesses — HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, healthcare practices, and new local businesses getting off the ground. If you run a business where customers need to find you, trust you, and hire you, we’re a good fit. We’re based in Columbia, MO and work with businesses across mid-Missouri and remotely statewide.

What does working with Ninebark actually look like?

It starts with an intake form and a short conversation to understand your situation. From there we put together a plain-language proposal — no jargon, no mystery pricing — and you decide if it makes sense. Most engagements start with one focused project and grow from there as trust builds.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

No. Most projects are scoped and priced individually. Ongoing support and maintenance are available month-to-month if you want it. We’d rather earn your continued business than lock you into something.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Tyler Thomas, directly. Ninebark doesn’t hand projects off to junior staff or outsource work overseas. When you hire Ninebark, you work with Tyler from first conversation through delivery.

Services & Scope

Can you just build me a website?

Yes. A website is often the right starting point. We build clean, professional sites that are fast, mobile-friendly, and actually designed to turn visitors into customers. We don’t upsell you on things you don’t need.

I already have a website. Can you help me anyway?

Absolutely. A lot of our work is improving what’s already there — fixing sites that aren’t converting, adding SEO that was never set up, connecting tools that don’t talk to each other. You don’t need to start from scratch.

What’s a CRM and do I need one?

A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is the system that tracks your leads, customers, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re currently managing clients from memory, a spreadsheet, or a notes app — you probably need one. We set them up, configure them for your workflow, and make sure your team can actually use them.

What are “custom business tools”?

Things like custom estimators, bid calculators, field data collection apps, and operational dashboards — built specifically for how your business works. If you’ve ever said “I wish there was something that could just do X,” that’s the conversation to have with us.

Do you do ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes. We offer ongoing support for websites, systems, and tools we’ve built — updates, troubleshooting, small changes, and general “keep the lights on” work. We can scope this as a monthly retainer or bill for time as needed.

Pricing & Timing

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. A basic website starts around $1,500–$3,000. CRM setup and integrations typically run $500–$2,500 depending on complexity. Custom tools are scoped individually. We don’t have hidden fees and we don’t change the price mid-project. You’ll have a clear number before any work starts.

How long does a project take?

A straightforward website is typically 3–5 weeks from kickoff to launch. CRM setup and integrations can take 1–3 weeks. Custom tools depend heavily on complexity. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and stick to it.

What’s the Digital Quick-Start package?

A low-barrier entry point for businesses that want to understand where they stand before committing to a larger project. It includes a Google Business Profile setup or audit, a basic website SEO review, and a 30-minute follow-up call to walk through findings. Starting at $500.
